Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact.

Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days.

You can return your item by post or in-store.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us or visit us in-store and we’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method where possible. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised, embroidered, printed, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
